Black Beans and Yellow Rice

1 pkg. of yellow rice (cooked according to pkg.)
2 cans black beans (or equ. of cooked black beans)
1/2 cup salsa
cheese
sour cream

Cook black beans and salsa until heated through. Place black beans over rice, add a few sprinkles of cheese and a spoon of sour cream as garnish.
